PrivateByte supports three secure payment methods for hosting services and add-ons. This guide explains how each method works and what to expect during checkout.
Supported Payment Types

These methods allow flexibility across personal, business, and international customers.
Paying with Cryptocurrency
Crypto is ideal for privacy-focused and international users.
- A unique wallet address is generated for each invoice.
- The exchange rate is locked when the invoice is opened.
- Payment clears after required network confirmations.
Important: Crypto refunds are provided as account credit only.
Paying with PayPal
PayPal is the fastest and simplest payment option.
- Instant confirmation.
- Supports PayPal balance or linked debit/credit cards.
- Auto-renew available for recurring services.
Note: A PayPal dispute automatically suspends related services.
Bank Transfer (On Request)
Bank transfer is suitable for high-value invoices or enterprise deployments.
- Open a billing ticket requesting bank transfer payment.
- We send you bank details and your payment reference code.
- Services activate after the transfer clears.
Tip: Always include the provided invoice number in the transfer reference field.
