1. What Personal Data We Collect and Why

We collect personal data for specific, lawful purposes, including providing you with our services, ensuring security, and improving user experience. We aim to be the most transparent of Cloud providers and infringe the least on your personal data as we believe in privacy is a non-negotiable human right.

1.1 Customer Responsibility for Security

Customers are responsible for securing the servers they manage. In the event of a security breach involving your server that results in an attack to our network or the networks of others, the server may be suspended for investigation. The customer will bear the cost of rectifying the breach and any damages incurred. We automatically generate secure passwords on server creation and if a user chooses to disregard our password security policy and use one of their own strength then the user could possibly further weaken the security of their server.

1.2 Data from Uploaded Media

If you upload media (e.g., images) to our website, we recommend avoiding content with embedded location data (e.g., EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site may extract this data from uploaded files.

3. Embedded Content from Other Websites

Our website may contain embedded content (e.g., videos or articles). Embedded content from third-party websites behaves as if you visited those sites directly. These third parties may collect data about you, use cookies, or track your interactions. We are not responsible for the data practices of third-party websites.

7. Security Measures

We employ robust technical and organizational measures to secure your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. While we strive to safeguard all data, customers must ensure the security of their own servers and data systems.

8. Billing for Network Resources

Customers are responsible for network resource costs used to connect their servers. In the event of disconnection or suspension, customers are still liable for network resources consumed up to the suspension date.
